Forged Shaft Capabilities
Forged shaft diameters range from 2 inches up to 84 inches and lengths up to 39 feet, including hollow bored shafts.
Types of Forged Shaft Components
We manufacture a broad range of configurations to meet application-specific requirements. These include forged step shafts with multiple diameters, flanged shafts, and forged crankshafts designed for power transmission and rotational systems. In addition, we produce related forged components such as spindles, round bars, and hubs that integrate seamlessly into shaft assemblies.
Each part design is tailored to customer drawings and functional requirements. Therefore, dimensions, tolerances, and machining allowances are optimized to reduce downstream machining time and material waste.
